Brittany joined Nicholas James shortly before graduating with her Masters of Law from Monash University in 2016. Brittany has previously worked editing legal publications and updating legal databases.
Brittany predominately works as a commercial lawyer providing pragmatic legal advice and documentation to help safeguard her clients’ businesses. This includes customised documentation such as shareholder and loan agreements, contracts and leases.
Brittany’s additional areas of practice include commercial finance, civil litigation and employment law – just to name a few.
Brittany has a strong work ethic, is highly motivated and approaches her work with the highest level of dedication and understanding.
