In 1995, Nik established Premier Conveyancing, a boutique Conveyancing Practice in the heart of Sunbury.
During this time, Nik was able to develop that business into the most successful Conveyancing practices in the area and created many lasting and trusted relationships with individuals and businesses alike.
With Nicholas James Lawyers’ acquisition of Premier Conveyancing in November 2021, Nik and his team have transitioned into the NJL family with ease.
Nik continues to provide a high level of quality service and experience to all of his clients and transactions.
In addition to this, his 10 years of working experience with a major Lender prior to establishing Premier Conveyancing, has allowed him to bring vast knowledge of lenders’ requirements for settlement, ensuring a smooth transaction, every time.
Nik successfully completed his studies at Preston NMIT, is a Member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers and has assisted well over 10,000 clients over his career, making him a vital additional to the NJL team.
