Rachel first joined the firm in 2014 as a paralegal and quickly became an integral part of Nicholas James Lawyers.
Rachel predominately works in family law where she assists clients to navigate through the breakdown of their familial relationships. This area of law requires distinct sensitivity and client focus, which is Rachel’s strength. Rachel assists her clients with property settlement, parenting arrangements, child support agreements and divorce. Rachel also deals with estate planning matters, including Probate, Wills, and Power of Attorney documentation.
Rachel displays enthusiasm, a strong work ethic and attention to detail, placing her in a good stead to achieve positive outcomes for her clients.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business (International Trade).
