In 2011, Vincent and a group of partners founded their own Alternative Investment Management firm and Vincent was tasked with heading up the operational function of the firm (encompassing back/middle office and accounting/finance) and concurrently directed and drove the compliance/legal function of the firm.  The firm began as a start-up and over the course of 4 years setup managed accounts for both offshore and onshore clients, acquired its own Australian Financial Services Licence and traded a broad range of financial markets utilising its proprietary systematic trading models and systems.

In 2015, Vincent took up a consultancy role with Nicholas James Lawyers to assist with growing the client-base and to consult on private equity and debt opportunities involving the firm’s diverse range of clientele which includes SMEs and property developers of varying experience and size ($250k-$10m+).

In 2017, Vincent (concurrent with his role at Nicholas James Lawyers) took up an Associate Director role with Development Finance Partners, a boutique property advisory firm which provides services relating to bank and non-bank construction and development funding.  Vincent’s role involves servicing existing and new clientele of the firm specifically in Melbourne and has been involved in procuring new sources of funding for the firm along with assisting clients on solving their funding requirements up and down the capital stack for their developments.

Vincent is client focused with an ethos that no problem is unsolvable and has strong relationships with clients and referral partners.

In his private time, Vincent loves all things sport which primarily involves his passion for Football (soccer) and NFL.  Vincent remains involved with his old-school football club (OXSC) and has played/coached football for a number of years culminating in back-to-back player/coach championships in 2016 and 2017.  He loves playing golf (albeit poorly) and enjoys the company of his family and friends.

Vincent has a double degree in Commerce (specialising in Finance) and Laws having graduated from Melbourne University in 2004.
